Rooms at the Real Deluxe Flats feature balconies providing Copacabana district or panoramic sea views. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and oven, plus an LCD TV. They also include a separate lounge and dining area.

Also note that guests booking the "Deluxe Apartment" will be accommodated in apartment # 409. Guests booking the "Deluxe Apartment with Sea View" will be be accommodated in apartment # 1310. These are the 2 units available in the flat complex.
All payments need to be made online by credit card. The building´s reception does not take payments. Please note that if a reservation is cancelled, payment will not be refunded.
Children are welcome as long as they can be accommodated in the existing beds in the room.
